Our 3.5e group was rather large to start with, having had 10 players and then slowly dwindling down to a fair 4-6 players at any given time.
In the end we were left with a Bugbear, a Gnome, a Satyr bard, a Pixie, myself as a Hamadryad, and the newly super-powered (and oh-so-vengeful) pet of a recently deceased Dwarf.
We were a rather handsome lot. Half the time we would end up covered in filth, gore, viscera, and nameless bodily fluids. Our DM didn't even attempt to set us up to fail, we just happened to have piss poor rolls.
